Biography


Linda was born in 1944 in Takoma Park, Maryland a suburb of Washington, D.C.,
she has had a love for art since the age of seven when she received her first oil painting
lesson from her Aunt in Texas. For the past thirty-seven years she has lived and painted
in Maryland, Texas, California, Arizona and is currently living in St. George, Utah with
her husband.


Linda is self-taught with countless hours of studying, along with many art classes, and
workshops at the Scottsdale Artist School. Her work is representational in style and she
enjoys painting a variety of subjects, but particularly loves figurative, southwest, and country
scenes. She has been commissioned by corporations and individuals nationwide and her
work is included in many private collections.
